A bad day for the Big Nine, Faribault goes down to a pretty good Alexandria club, Century gets beaten by Brainerd and looked overmatched, only a good goalie and a ton of Brainerd shots missing the net kept that game from being really ugly, and Winona loses to Monticello. Only JM beating Lake Conference Eastview looks to be anything near a decent win.

Kind of, they're still a Lake Conference team and better than most if not all Big Nine teams. It's all relative; The Big Nine isn't very good so any win against any team from the Lake, NWSC, or SEC is better than the rest of the non conference wins Big Nine teams are getting against Waseca and LaCrescent.

It may have been called a misconduct, but was the result of a CFB.

As an East fan it was good to see them make a game of it. Even though they lost at least they held a decent team to only 3 regular goals (minus the eng), their best defensive effort so far. Farmington had beaten JM, Mayo and only lost by 1 to Faribault.

Sounds like it was a good game. Game ejection was in first period and even though the HUB has it at 10 minutes it really is the rest of the game and the next game. He got 5 min major and game ejection. The other Farmington 5 minute major was in the 3rd period with different player.
