Hibbing at Virginia

FOr the goal in the second period that was waved off.. I talked to a player after they game and he said it hit the pipe and was just inches behind the goal line before it got cleared out

The one in the third there was a man in the crease and was the right call.

ok i do not understand why people think there is such thing as home cooking around here, most of the time none of the reffs can be from the town of the two teams playing, and yes some reffs do screw certain teams because of their rep from their coaches or players or whatever, but the reffs are from neutral locations and dislike some teams and like some teams

thats funny cause there was nobody on the other side of the goalie that could have saw it go across the line.

and in the jv game, the refs called two penaltys on hibbing with 2:40 left in the game. hibbing was down 3-2 at that piont. and then the nest goal hibbing gets a virginia player goes after a hibbing player and then the goalie joins as does the rest of the players on the ice. pretty low of virginia if you ask me

But Virginia has 18 pon poms that dance to the songs the pep band plays

We don't need cheerleaders to start cheers we do our own.
The poms go to all pep band games, volleyball, basketball, hockey etc. They also carry the shields in the marching band.

Cheerleaders aren't "cool" in virginia because we take pride in our sports and music department

BTW Hibbing didn't really chant until the last few minutes of the game unless you count you can't do that and HHS as original chants...

not sure, couldnt find anything on google. we have been to state more than twice. when you to hibbing on the 16th look at our appearance years on the back wall. or look at the "state champs" banners. and again. we beat you to go to the decc a few years ago. semi final losses suck dont they?

Just cause Virginia beat Hibbing doesn't mean Hibbing would have gotten embarrassed like your squad. Just cause DM beat Hibbing and took 2nd in state means Hibbing would've taken 2nd if they would've won. Thats just assuming. And like I said nice job getting to state twice in your schools history. Hibbings tradition is 10x stronger and greater than Virginia's. Bottom Line!!

Ya hibbing has better history, but Virginia's has had more success recently.
