Thanks Karl.... first time I've smiled since the game endedkarl(east) wrote:whos_it wrote:Not like most people will care but Jesus Christ does not deserve to have his name said in front of the VikingsParticularly when the real, pagan Vikings were most famous for ransacking and pillaging British monasteries.
At any rate, Vikings = White Bear Lake of the NFL.

But since you let the cat out of the bag...........
The difference between the Vikes and the Bears???
I will never hate the Vikes.....
I think you meant to say "Moorhead of the NFL"Goldfishdude wrote:karl(east) wrote:whos_it wrote:Not like most people will care but Jesus Christ does not deserve to have his name said in front of the VikingsParticularly when the real, pagan Vikings were most famous for ransacking and pillaging British monasteries.

I thought about Moorhead, but the Vikings just have a sense of ineptitude about them that I don't associate with the Spuds. Harsh but true, I'm afraid.salol44 wrote:I think you meant to say "Moorhead of the NFL"Goldfishdude wrote:karl(east) wrote:Particularly when the real, pagan Vikings were most famous for ransacking and pillaging British monasteries.

Did you watch the 4th quarter and OT?warriors41 wrote:I disagree. I think they would have had better ratings with Brett Farve and AP in the super bowlyoungblood08 wrote:NFL wanted the Saints to win.
I will be the first to admit the Vikings did everything in their power to blow, but the calls and ball placements were all going the Saints' way. Take away the bogus pass interference call and things would've been fine.

HSHW---You mean to say take away the ungodly amount of turnovers and things would have been fine? They blew it themselves. You can blame the officials all you want, but they had many many chances to win that game and simply didn't.HShockeywatcher wrote:Did you watch the 4th quarter and OT?warriors41 wrote:I disagree.
