Congatulations to you Senior Parents!
You made it! All those rinks, those skates you tied. All those runs back home to retrieve forgotten equipment. All those tournaments, motels, drive through meals. Well done folks

We have one year left as my son is a junior but I can feel it already. I remember my brother in law was kind of lost for a while after his son graduated. The hockey team was pretty much his entire social circle!blueline1 wrote:Thank you Ponie! We appreciate the recognition. No kidding but I always thought that money spent on hockey was much better than spending it on lawyers to defend a kid who has too much time on his hands.Rushin11 wrote:Not to mention money spent!!! It probably took a nice chunk out of your check books but hopefully your kids made memories that will last a lifetime!!
Regardless of how far our kids make it in hockey, in the end they learn how to be a part of a team and loyalty and accountability. Much better than what they could be learning!
