I've been looking forward to this match up for a long time, and we've finally got it. I really don't know what to expect here. Should be a great one!! We'll have to see if Red Wing's tough schedule pays off.

I agree, RW wins this game. I have seen Faribault play a couple times and they ahve not really impressed me all that much. Nemanich will have the boys ready for this game and I think the hard-working RW team will come out on top in this one. Faribault has a decent team but I agree with what someone else said and the tough schedule will help RedWing in this game.

the falcons are on an eight game winning streak. they have alot of seniors and they all know this is their year. i think the falcons are gonna come ready to play and take it to the wingers. im guessing a 5-2 final in favor of fairbault

Yes but in that 8 game win streak Faribault has played Austin, Century, Rogers, Winona, Holy Family, Mayo, St. Peter and Mankato East. Most teams in MN would have that 8 game win streak minus maybe the Century game as the only decent team in that stretch.

And RW's last 8 games have been Farmington, Hutchinson, Hermantown, Shakopee, Holy Angels, SSP, LaCrescent(sections) and Albert Lea. Having won 5 of the 8.

I like RW in this one as they have had a tougher schedule by far and that will only help in this game.

In a high scoring game, don't see Bault losing

6-3

With a season schedule like this below I "HIGHLY" doubt it

Other than a few of the games...for the most part they lost to every team that is decent.

Red Wing down 2 goals early at Albert Lea and came back with 5 goals. After the two early goals, RW had better goaltending. A nice win at a place that is tough to get a win. RW needs to get off to a better start then they have in recent games.

Faribault has dominated teams in the last few weeks but is that because the other teams were not that good or is Faribault is that good? I think it is somewhere in the middle. It will be interesting to see how they respond when there down by a goal or two. They have not had that pressure yet. Red Wing has with the tough schedule they have had in the last couple of weeks.

Red Wing - 5
Faribault - 4

GO WING!

Faribault went down three to zero in the first period against Century and came back to win 6-5. I'd say that's responding to that "pressure" that you speak of. But hey, we'll see tomorrow morning. Should be a good game.

From the sounds of it red wing just out hustled faribo in the 1st and 2nd, got a couple good bounces, and had the better goalie. good luck to them in the finals
