Post by starmvp »

Game is at 6 PM, Aldrich. Can South St. Paul, with some good goaltending, challenge?

I didn't bother making a thread about this game as it probably won't be close.

Saw both teams play at St. Thomas last Thursday. The St. Thomas forwards have amazing puck movement and I think that they won't have much of a problem with the SSP defense, but Wilcox could be a game breaker. If he gets in a rhythm early in the game he could be very tough to beat. SSP will have to stay out of the box because the Cadet powerplay is deadly.

My Prediction

Cadets-4

Packers-1

Yeah I was just being deliberately annoying!

Seriously:

STA 4 SSP 1

Wilcox WILL have at least 40 saves.
Always celly hard.

Is that update coming from the game or where are you getting them?

Looking at the photo gallery it looks like STA got some new uniforms? They look awesome, it's about time they did away with the black.

The ones with the black "st" were terrible. I heard there next jerseys are going to be similar to the Washington Capitals jerseys, with "cadets" instead of "capitals" on the front.

When are they supposed to get those and how long have they had the ones that they wore tonight? I could never figure out why they went with black breezers and helmets. I remember when they used to have white and blue helmets for home and away too. I liked the uniforms they wore tonight because they were simple and nothing crazy.

St Thomas has them beat. Thomas I think is a better hockey team overall. I'm guessing 5-1
