Can I ask how they cheated? I watched this game and Hibbing controlled the game, had better chances, and had better goal tending. Corrins penalty was wrong and could maybe have been a major for slashing but noway was there a spear, the Hibbing fan section was good and loud and that made a difference in the game no doubt about it, but if i recall a certain official has a kid on the bantam team in hibbing and might be kissing some you know what for next year, hibbing had the better team for that night and maybe other nights, the falls cant win in that arena hands down, three years in a row???? come on. as for christionson he's penalty was also a bad call, triping over someone isnt a penalty that i know of, if it was, then they missed alot of emmmm. as for the drunk guy and girl, corrin beat the guy and the girl from the falls was corrin's girlfriend who beat up the girl in the lobby, perfect couple! Couple of winners there, the drunk kid is getting charged for sure, parents of the 15 year old that he punched are not happy. Bad lose for the falls good win for hibbing, the one thing that the falls showed was emotion, maybe a little to much but they had it flowing through them, any scout will tell you, you have to have heart and show emotion to have a good player. hibbing won the game 2-1, not 3-1, the last goal was close but the rule is the whole puck has to go over for a goal not just part and from where i was standing the puck was close but never got that far and i had a very good point of view, falls fans its over! so just shut up and be good winners as well as good losers. as for the guy who said" hibbing has been to state more than the falls and virgina put together" that may be true, but i doubt it, but it may be, but last i check was about ten seconds ago, the falls is tied for the most state championships in minnesota with 7 and hibbing has one, sorry to rain on your little parade, and by little i mean microscopic. and virgina is holding up on the state thing as well.
Virginia has been to state twice and lost everytime down there. And on Hibbings 3rd goal, it did cross the line. NA. . .Corrin's not a very good fisher, but if there was a slashing contest id put my money on him for sure!! and for the 2 state championships for hibbing, congrats, but the third one is not in the near future nor in the distant . Numbers on the range arnt what they use to be, hard to compete with citie teams. Drew Fisher was a Gopher but left and is now at BSU D1, his older brother Derik is at Mercyherst D1 and Ryan Cramer is at BSU as well, more than alot of people knew.
