Don't you have a plow to be driving in Virginia you old, ignorant a-hole. I was going to come on here and congratulate you guys and wish you the best of luck and then there's shatheads like you. Your like 60 yrs old, drive a plow, and probably live with your mother. Chances are you know nothing about hockey.

To the falls fans, if Hibbing lost 3-0 could you imagine what you guys would've lost by 5-0 maybe worse.

Anyways my hat goes off to Hibbing who battled to the very end and never quit and congrats to the Devils and Good Luck in St. Paul.
maybe he plows manure

does anybody know why it was disallowed? saw the light on. or is game over suppose to mean have the thing locked?
IMO the net was off before the puck went in.... Not 100% on that
I was sitting right by it and had a good view and the net was off before the puck was in. It was a good call and even the hibbing fans around me agreed it shouldnt of been a goal

Congrats to Virginia

Great game by Virginia. They ramped up their level of play from last Saturday and came out firing the first period of play. Hibbing failed to take looked to be reeling, maybe due to better ovarall team speed by Virginia. Virginia looked to be the bigger and stronger team in the corners and especially in their defensive zone on this night and kept Hibbing off of the goalie eliminating many Hibbing second chance opportunities. Hibbing battled hard but just could not cut into the Virginia lead. Anybody speculate who Virginia will draw in game 1 quarter final? I hope they can play well down at excel this year.

I doubt that would have been the case, we don't make the final two alot but when we do we usually WIN.

And by the way the 10 minute major was totally appropriate and showed class, and so was the last 2 minute penalty when you knew you had no chance.

And how many hibbing fans stayed to watch their team receive their hardware?? maybe 20 of the parents. The virginia fans stayed and cheered for them.

Very true, its nice to have some support even with a lose. I'm sure they felt bad enough as it is.

I'm now convinced Hibbing is the Vikings of High School Hockey. The monkey on their back has turned into a big, hairy Gorilla.
No comparison. Hibbing has won it all in the past. As for the Vikings, well....

hibbing loves johnson. and next year i think his brother will take his place. he was our go to guy this year with like 35 goals and numerous hat tricks. with decenzo and jamnick thepast few years he shined this year but they have a great group coming back next year and theres no reason to think they wont be playing at the finals. but when the devils dont win at state, it makes section section look like were composed of crappy teams. thats what i hate

Hibbing seems to put out a decent team every year, and next year shouldnt be any exception.

Ok so maybe the VikeQueens aren't the best comparison but it sure as heck feels like it. Every year its same ol' same ol'. Maybe we're just the Cubs then. The "DECC Curse" The "DeCenzo Curse" I've heard tons of things. They just find a way to pee down their leg in the big game.

Yeah, it really looked like that when just about EVERYONE from Hibbing left after the game, can't even support them after their defeat. Real Classy. We showed class we cheered for Virginia, they got the shutout, congradulated them on their win, and wish them luck at the tourny, genuinely

They beat us, we congratulated them, and we wished them luck at state. I didnt see you guys wishing Hibbing luck after we beat you, so dont tell us how you are the picture of class and how we have none. Its not easy to say congrats to a team that just beat your ass, but sometimes you just have to swallow your pride and wish them luck. I will say it again. COME ON DEVILS, GO KICK SOME ASS AT STATE!!!!!

What ever happened to cheering for your section even if you got knocked out by the team that is going to state. I guess if Hibbing people and Falls people want to cheer for the cities teams and private schools, that's your right. But come on. I am a die hard Hibbing fan and I will be rooting for Section 7 and any other northern team that gets a chance to knock out a cities team or private school.

Have fun bickering about stuff you cannot change.
