That was a good game - EP was up 2-1 going into the 3rd. Hornets scored a couple in the 3rd to make it 3-2. EP pulled the goalie with a minute or so to play...

What time does Edina Green play Edina white...

East Region championship games today:

noon - Edina Green vs Lakeville South - winner goes to state

10:00am - Edina White vs. Woodbury Blue - winner goes to state

EP lost to Edina White last night 7-6 in OT - but Ep had to win by 2 to move on...

The highlight of the weekend has to go to the Lakeville South goalie - I have never seen such good goaltending - EP lost 3-2 to them and out-shot them 48-15 - The goalie was un-real for LS - EP had 15 incredible scoring chances and couldn't get it past him - without him playing the score would have been 10-2. The kid really impressed me...!

So after EP losing the Lakeville south game - they had to beat E. White by 2 goals last night and that would have knocked out Edina white - but it was a no go lost 7-6 in OT..

Some scoring summaries that I can remeber in the blue division:
Edina white 3 - LS 1
Edina white 5 - Park 0
EP 5 - Park 2
Lakeville South 3 - EP 2
Edina White - EP (7-6)
Lakeville south 4- Park 1

Yes sir - I mis-posted on the last one - it was 3-0 E. Green after 2. Final just came in 3-1 Edina Green moves on to state - Not really a surprise, but congrats to them.

Next Game - Edina White plays woodbury for state has East Region #2 seed
