Down two goals and after the horn blew, then clubbing the goalie, is bush league!
I'm all for playing physical, but Warroad looked silly trying to take runs and missing!
I do think Hermantown has more depth than Warroad and will beat Breck in a close game. Breck may be on too much of a high from beating an overrated midget team.
PS-I didn't see the post game interview. I would have been smirking the whole interview! Don't forget what the Warroad coach said about last years game.
This is one of the biggest reasons we removed them from our schedule. We usually played them late in the season and ended up with a couple key players injuryed going into the playoffs. But that was when Eide was coaching them and haven't played them since.
An I-Falls fan complaining of rough play!? I think the Iron Range - Section 7 teams have a long history of rough and tough hockey, not that I think their is anything wrong with that.
I love the hard forechecking, attacking style of play that Eades helped bring to the Northland.
I'm not a private folk....Nor do I represent Breck. I have enjoyed watching that team the past few years though.
It sure looked like Morin and Fulton took control way more than Brock.
FYI-do all Warroad kids come from Warroad? I believe they have had plenty of out state/country players come to the school. And then their parents some how take jobs with a windows company???

FYI, Marvin's is on a relatively strict hiring freeze and is down to 32 hour weeks so its not a very attractive job to have. Also, no one on this years team came from anywhere other than Warroad and if they did, they were young when they moved.
Warroad can't offer an education that would normally cost $13,000 (I'll admit this figure is a guess) for free anyway.
Tuition at Breck is more like $25K a year (yes that is more than most colleges). Granted they do offer scholarships because I doubt most of the hockey kids are paying full price.

Disagree with your comment about Morin and Fulton, like I said before, everytime Nelson touches the puck their is an electricity around the building anticipating what will happen next. As for the Marvins comments? Lets not get into this for the 100th time, keep your ignorant comments to yourself. Once again, it is open enrollment, and before you criticize Warroad for that, take a look at the home towns of all the Breck players. See any Golden Valley, MN? Didnt think so...
