Did Warroad score?

Probably already answered somewhere else, but did Warroad score a goal prior to their game winner in the 3rd place game? My son and I sure thought it was in the net but we didn't have the view that the officials had.

Not sure when you are talking about, but, if it was controversial they would have reviewed it...

How can they review it? The game was not on tv. Maybe they still use the overhead cameras?

There were still cameras there... Highlights of the game were shown before Breck/Hermantown game....

I believe it was earlier in the last overtime. There was a shot that looked to be in the back of the net and then right back out. We were celebrating the warrior win and the ref was waiving the goal off.

To another point, this game was NOT televised so I don't know if review is possible or not.

If the call was wrong, it did not end up being a big deal but what if Warroad doesn't win? I was just curious if anyone else recalls the play. We were seated in the right corner behind the goal about 15 rows up and it sure looked like a goal to us.

I, too, thought that Warroad scored on that play. With no replay for us to watch, we can't verify one way or the other. Glad it didn't end up costing them the game.

yeah they scored there was a loud thud from the back padding oddly the ref didnt see it

i was sitting right behind the net and the puck went in and out. it was a goal for sure

I really didn't want to comment earlier until I had heard from others but we also noticed the goal judge shooting the bull with people in his assigned area. We really didn't feel he even saw the play but we only looked at him after the "no goal" signal was made by the ref.
