Delano Tigers 2010-2011

Post by GaborikFan »

With Heinonen coming back being one of the leading scorers in the state, they should have a pretty good squad. What do you think?

haha you are obviously on the team, or closely related to someone on the team. seriously though they would be lucky to make it to the section finals next year, not a very talented team. just big.

Was really hoping Heinonen would not come back!! Realistically i don't see him getting any better next year playing in the WCC. As for Delano they will be lucky to be .500.. D core and probably one the bests goalies Delano has ever seen will not be back next year!!

I am not on the team, nor am i relative of Mr. Heinonen. But with a player of his caliber, a team cannot be terrible by any means.

Easier said than done. Especially USHL and NAHL.

He's got Wisco hot on his heels, and Mich. Tech has pretty much already offered him a scholarship. I'm sure he would manage a way to make a Junior team.

I have to say, I know of a very talented player on a not very good team, and it is hard for one player to try to overcome not only the other team and the officials, but their own team too, hockey is truely a team sport!

I wish Tyler the best, as I wish the player I know the best.

Delano is going to be below average, just like they are everywhere. Play too easy of a schedule and they take too many penalties because they all think they're top guns. Heinonen (Spelling?) is good but should have left that town in a heartbeat. He is not getting any better playing with a team like Delano.

I actually think that Delano will be good next year, however im not sure they can make it past Breck and Blake in sections.

Have you seen St. Francis play the last three years?

Well actually, Delano was beating St. Francis 3-0, 6 minutes into the game 3 years ago. But St. Francis decided to forfeit in the middle of the period and skated off the ice.

Shots at that point were something like 17-2?

I get where your coming from though.
