How about you just make sure your kids don't chew on their sticks.

Don't be shocked but when I called the Bauer line I got the "the call volume is very high, please leave a message and a representative will call you back".

I left a message, I'll let you all know how long it takes for them to call back.

I was on hold for 15 minutes, just got off the phone.

No hold at all.

Upgraded to Intermediate from Junior and the 195's.

Choice of three patterns
P92 Backstrom
P88 Kane
PM9 Malkin

Considering the sticks were already retired by the player it is a good deal

No hold time, took about 10 to 15 minutes with the rep. Getting a new One95 to replace the old/used One70. Not a bad deal at all. They said the new stick and the package to send the old stick back would come in 3 to 5 weeks.

Wife called and told her they would send a package, send stick to them, they will test and if has lead will send new stick. If not, old stick will be sent back. We have a one50. It has been over a week and still nothing in the mail. Anyone receive anything yet? and if so how long did it take

Received the new sticks yesterday. Still no package for returning the old stick. Weren't the sticks they said they would send but still very good sticks, he had outgrown the old ones and now has brand new ones to replace them. Happy camper here.

I too received 2 new sticks today
Both Bauer X60 Intermediate, with different curves (matched the curve of the replaced sticks)
1- P92 Backstrom
2- P88 Kane

These new sticks replace a couple dog chew toys j/k (hopefully they don’t get lead poisoning…) or Street hockey sticks. The blades were no more than a 1/2" left… Models replaced: One50 and One70…

The boys are happy, so is Dad’s pocket book…

I called Bauer Saturday, March 27th and they arrived TODAY!!!

No, Bauer will just believe you on whatever sticks you have. How many kids on your hockey team? 15? Just tell them you need 15.

What I don't understand is why some are getting sticks without sending old back? I called on Mar 21st, got return packet on 4/2 with a letter saying "We hope you enjoy your new stick" but no stick. I had call Bauer 3x before I received anything and they said that the stick had been shipped...so when no stick came called back and told that old stick needs to be returned 1st, which is no big deal, but called a liar when I told them that several parents I know got their sticks with the return package...just frustrating...waiting for my old stick to "get lost" now

If you followed the instructions, the packing slip has the ups tracking number on it. My sticks made it back safely.

Called on 3/20, got return kit on 4/2, 2 day return label to Indy. Received 3 x60 sticks on 4/8. They said non-grip only, requested stick-um and was pleasantly surprised they delivered! In the days of declining or no customer service, Bauer did it right.
