HM
Only room for 5 newcomers. Wood, Conrad Sampair, Heinrich & Herlofsky from the JV. Guenzel was at HM but played Woodbury Bantams. Did Conner McCallum, who played regular D last year, get cut? HM has a deep and experienced club. 10 guys playing their 3rd year on varsity.

Wow, what's your issue with private schools? From your posts, you seem to have quite a bit of interest in them.Master Recruiter wrote:sachishi4 wrote:does it matter? Do the high schools own the rights to the youth hockey kids?
you private backers and your instant defense mechanisms, wow.
I am just wondering where the kids played. See how those high schools do with the loss of some of there players.

First of all, it's their, not there.
Secondly, volumes have been written about the attitude displayed by MR on this board and it has been beaten to death. The reality is HS Hockey is sponsored by schools and played by it's students. Public high schools never had kids that go to private schools. Playing in a youth association has no obligation whatsoever to attend the local public high school. Private schools were allowed to join conferences and state tournaments 36 years ago. That's a done deal. By the way 6 state titles in 36 years by private schools in AA is not exactly evidence of an unfair advantage.
So MR, carry on with your incorrect view of reality and your hurt feelings. You are not alone here.

incorrect view of reality? that title should go to you. Instead of answering a simple question you immediately go on the defensive for no reason. I'm not for or against private schools. It is all of high school hockey. I ask a simple question. What youth associations did these kids play for. I am just wondering. As youth hockey works. The majority of those kids go from their youth program to their high school program. When the kids choose to go private (whether its a powerhouse like HM, or a small time private) that obviously hurts their home town high school team talent wise. It is not a hard concept to grasp.
It would be nice if a Hill Murray fan would just answer a simple question instead of getting all upset when someone has a question about their team.
No one is bashing or putting down private schools or Hill Murray here. I am just asking a basic question.
