Eden Prairie D

Post by money »

Good afternoon,

After watching the EP Eagle D corp last night vs. AV....why haven't any DI programs snatched up Seeler and/or Molenaar? I mean they play a great brand of hockey and are still very responsible in the their own end. I watched Everson play with Edina vs Wayzata as comparison. To me, the difference is very minimal. And Everson is being courted by several big time schools - UM, UNO, etc, etc.

Anyway...just wanted to give the EP D some credit. I thought they did a nice job vs. AV studs in Fasching and Michealson.

this is one reason why junior hockey was created because it takes a while for coaches to find players, yes, im sure the ep D are pretty good and im sure coaches are interested in them too, they just havent committed yet.

Molenaar has been recruited by several schools, just hasn't committed. There were rumors in late summer that he "was going to" commit to Boston College according to some BC posters on their message board. But nothing ever came of that thus far. He also had taken an unofficial visit to UND last fall, probably among others.

I do agree that EP's D was pretty impressive last night.

Agree that D is outstanding but at same time a little credit to those AV forwards as Michaelson got 2 and Hudson got 1 plus they had plenty of other chances. Good game.

Good to know. I hadn't heard that.

They want one or two years of juniors out of him but he should be solid as a 20 year old freshman.
EP two out of three.

Nick Seeler did NOT committ to Bemidji State. That is one school of many that he is looking at.
