Most improved in Class AA: Grand Rapids, Duluth East, Hastings, Roseville.

Most improved in Class A: Delano, Little Falls, Marshall (not the Duluth one)

Biggest backslide in Class AA: Holy Angels, Minnetonka, Hopkins

Biggest backslide in Class A: Bagley, International Falls, Chaska

Granted, it is still a little early to be putting "labels" such as these on teams.

International Falls will show their true colors in the weeks to come. They only have three games under their belt with a full team and the starting goalie in net. Those games were a 3-2 loss to Hibbing, 2-2 tie with Little Falls, and a 4-2 win over Eveleth.

Grand Rapids. They might only lose 2-3 games all season. They were under .500 last year. Could be REALLY wild at the DECC if the Thunderhawks and Hounds make the final in 7AA.
