2nd Best Conference in the State?

I think most people would recognize the Lake as being the best overall. Thoughts on which conference is the runner up?

Personally I feel there isn't a #2 or #3, let alone a #1. Conferences being rated is pointless. Lets stick to section ratings.

Unlike sections, conferences offer both A and AA teams to look at and discuss.

South Suburban and Northwest Suburban seem to usually have 3 or 4 good teams.
