Hibbing took a step back with the loss to an average Duluth Central team, offense has slowed the last three games. Bluejackets may be a little overrated.

Not sure I'd call it a classic. Rapids wins 4-1. Out shoot Hibbing 37-12.

Rapids always seem to play better at home, if Hibbing comes to play it should be close. GO BLUEJACKETS!!!

Should be a good game I'm excited!

Rapids is way Deeper. they have the edge.
Patrick moore and Travis underwood are going to be to much for the so called State Studs. Rapids also has way better defenseman but it could be a great game thats why we play, You never know!

The band is supposed to be at this game according to the schedule I saw earlier in the year.

rapids does have the edge but hibbing will give them a game. this is always a rivalry game, not as much as virginia but the place is always packed, would be nice to see rapids reserved seating not be allowed so people can actually sit by there friends and family

I go to watch hockey, not to record music. But, they might have something on the district 318 website.

Yes it's time to get rid of reserved seating at Rapids. Most people do not know that some of the seats are reserved. If the reserved seating is necessary lets put them all in the same section.

Don't get to cocky there, Hibbing lost 1-0 in a scrimmage with you. Lost by a goal to CEC last week. If they come to play, it will be good.

If Rapids played like they did against Hermantown, I'll go with Hibbing.
If Rapids played the same as they played East, I'll take Rapids.

They may have taken a step in the right direction Tues. vs. Cloquet. 1st period was brutal. 2nd period on was a completly different team. No ambition/flat footed to flying with hunger.

This game is virtually a toss up. Both teams still have their inconsistences and we will not know which hibbing or which grand rapids team will show up. But I believe GR will come out on top after waking up on Tues. They got a good taste of lighting the lamp again and I think they will be hungry Friday night.

Agreed. Confusing for out of town fans. Most of the locals would still be able to sit where they want.

Rapids play has been pretty inconsistent as of late. First line looks to be a bit worn out. That time of the season to start taking advantage of the depth this team has. Keep the boys fresh for that late season run.
If Rapids returns to their form prior to the newyear, it could easily be a 4-5 goal win.
