The top 14 are MN teams; that sounds correct.... Image

In case you are serious....

Last year Delbarton was ranked #2 in the country. This year they have a younger team and are not as strong. Still, #29 in the country does not seem like disrespect.

It is good to see them playing Minnesota and Mass teams. When they can beat the best they have to be considered among the best.

If you are talking about NJ in general, the other teams will get more respect when they can challenge Delbarton on a yearly basis. Only 6 of 136 teams are currently ranked within 3 goals of Delbarton. Compare that to Minnesota that has 23 teams ranked within 3 goals of #1 Eden Prairie (Delbarton would be the only NJ team to make that cut...and they would barely make it this year).

Mitch,

Come on.

Everyone knows Delbarton recruits, and in doing so they've drained all the talent from a 20,000 member public feeder system.

They should be forced to opt to AAAAAAAA status. No, wait, they should be forced into a private-school-only league........better make that a AAAAAAA Private League.

I also heard they have at least three foreign exchange students over 21 years of age. Three of their goalies don't live within district boundaries, player tuition is comped, their ice sheet is frozen "bottled" water, and their cheerleaders have had breast enhancements.

It's just not fair.
