Any surprises? Inclusions? Omissions?

LaBate is the favorite of the NHL types. He will win it.
Changing my vote.....Rau is putting the rest of the group in his rear view mirror. And in this case, objects are not closer than they appear.

enough with all the gopher stuff...

Rau plays one of the most, if not the most difficult, schedule of all players in the state, and he is still having an absolutely stellar year.

Mr. hockey goes to the best player in the state and that player is kyle rau. He puts up crazy good numbers and makes whoever is playing on his line that much better.

I still fail to understand your point of stating that players win Mr. Hockey because they are a gopher.

Should Rau be punished for committing to a team that he grew up watching win national championships.
He is the BEST player in the state nothing more needs to be said

Get this gopher stuff out of here. who cares. if he wasnt a gopher and he was going somewhere else, he still would win this. He plays one of the toughest schedules in the state and he still puts up unreal numbers. Archibald plays teams that do not compare closely to the ones that EP plays. Come on now kingpin, think about what u say before you say it.

No more talks about being a gopher from here on please.

I guarantee not all posters, including myself, would give Rau the Award ONLY based on him going to be a Gopher. It doesn't hurt though...

Great stats, on a great team, scores when he needs too, and is a solid all around player.

3 goals 1 assist in a 4-3 win over Wayzata won't hurt Rau's chance at Mr. Hockey.
