I wish more tape trading went on here. The league has A LOT of tapes, but they charge an arm and a leg...

So many great things about this video:
-Edina having the same home white uniforms today as they did back then
-Coaches wearing ties, sport coats and/or suits
-Pics of the players after they score
-Clear boards (If I become a billionaire, I'm going to write a big check to the Xcel center & MSHSL to pay for labor & parts for putting in clear boards)
-Goalies in big heavy brown pads
-Chris Cuthbert, instead of Clay Matvick
-Cheerleaders & mascots celebrating as if they scored & assisted on goals
-Officials not wearing helmets

Awesome, back in the good old days when being the State Champion meant something. Much better than this watered down tourney we have now.

Either you're the State Champion or the State Champion lite. How did this happen??

This is so unbelievably cool, thank you for posting. I pray for the day this tourney is back on the #4. I cannot stand 45's coverage! Also, if there would be some way to re-create the Civic Center, clear boards and all, I would be in complete favor.
