Question

Post by iseepalms »

HockeyGuy81,
Is that your answer a question to a question? I just seen on the district 8 website that that Johnson/Como cheap "A" Pee Wee team got all but 1 of 16 HEP points hardly CHEAP!!!! I also seen that the coaches on the team are the same as last year, your response without a question. Originally from Como.

Palms, your answer is pretty inappropriate. I kid just broke his femur. This is a pretty serious injury. This comment and your other comments are not only insensitive but completely disrespectful. Have some tact.

Saw is the past tense of see - not "seen". Seen is the past participle.
You could use seen in the present perfect tense by combining it with have or has. "I have seen the light".

EP-5
PL-4
EP dominates 2 periods, up 5-1
PL roars back with with 3 in the 3rd to make it a cliffhanger.

Evenly matched, well played game, and few penalties. Too bad 4 team out of D6 can't go on to Regionals/State. Highly ranked PL sees its season end.

Anoka 5 (OT)

Rogers 4

Rogers rallies from a 4-2 3rd period deficit to force OT. Anoka scores winning goal on the 4th shift of OT. Exciting game which could have went either way.

So from district 8
Farmington -VS- Rosemount for #1 and #2 seeds in regions.
Lakeville North -VS Lakeville South for #3 seed loser plays #4 seed from district #9 to go to regionals.

Possible 4 teams in regionals for Distric 8.

Wayzata won 6-2. OMG vs Mpls for the second seed for regions. Both teams have beat the other twice this season. Only two teams from D3 go to regions. Winner gets St.Cloud in St. Cloud next Friday.

Maple Grove 4
Mpls Storm 0

Maple Grove advances to Regions. Too bad 3 teams from D3 don't go because Mpls Storm is deserving.

I'm sure there are several districts wishing there were more seeds for them (D6 probably deserved 5) but that's just the way it is.. "The Circle of Life" ..lol

Crw, your observation was right on the mark. Rogers, who had its way with the Storm every time the two teams met in tournament play this season, did not make it to regionals out of District 10.

#1 Seed Farmington

Lakeville South beat Mankato 9 to 3 and will be the #4 seed from district.
