Bring Back The CLEAR BOARDS For State!

Post by sportsguy29 »

I would like to start a petition (joke) to bring back the Clear Boards just for the State Tournament, every season. I think it would be a great tribute to High School Hockey of the past...and yes, the MSHSL can pay for it. They get $30 for a DVD each game they sell for crying out loud! :P

I know it's not that realistic...but it would STILL be neat!

They should bring back the school music videos, too. Those were always fun to watch

I am far from a hockey historian, BUT
a quick check shows me ER has not won a tournament game since 2002 and has not even made the tournament since being moved into a 'nothern' section

Actually the clear boards were terrible in game play. Neat to watch a game.

It's tough to play a road game through semis/finals when some teams have a home game all the way.

They haven't made state since they stopped being "Elk River Area".

Shouldn't have to just because of the section they are in.

There's a reason for neutral ice.
