Shots were 32-29 after regulation. Both goalies are playing well.
Now a make-up call on Virginia.
Marshall goes on the PP in OT, ugh.

Nope, shortly after. Marshall had good pressure for about 3 1/2 minutes (including the PP time), but a Virginia player picked up a loose puck..drove down the left wing..floated a wrister..and the goalie was out of position.
Millbridge (sp?) was the difference for Virginia.

Cloquet just had a goal waved off. Not sure why it didn't count.

Pearson (Moore(?), Bischoff), 12:36 of the 3rd. Yet another PP goal for Rapids.
This is your final. East and GR both win 5-1 and advance to the final on Thursday.

It was brutal. Even if your an East fan you would have to say no energy. East had about 15 kids in their student section. Karl, it would have been a great place to study for your fInals.
Great building, bad energy.
The only person I could hear was Sarsland
Bad comparison. You could hear Tony in the midst of a nuclear explosion.
That being said, a very disappointing turnout for both games. Better crowd for the Rapids-Cloquet game but nowhere near the sellout I thought was possible.
