That was a prediction. Winona won 5-2.[/quote]

I don't think it was so much of a prediction as it was just a typo but thanks I figured it out when I saw South play Winona

Lakeville North vs Lakeville South in the Section Championship coming up this Friday. Both teams wond handily yesterday to advance to the finals. South dominated North in both games played during the regular season. It will be interesting to see if North can pull on the big boy boots and raise their level of play for a trip to State.

This is turning into a story line shockingly similar to last years... I sure hope it doesn't happen, because LS is without a doubt the best team in 1AA.

It pains me to say this, but all teams south of Lakeville should be Class A. Rochester Lourdes (private school) is the only team who can be competitive with the better Metro teams. The Lakeville teams are considered average by Metro standards and they hardly broke a sweat against our Big Nine teams. Time for the MSHSL to think about allowing ALL the southern teams to play Class A.

hahaha this is some great logic. I am going to be honest with you, JM is terrible! Lets say if they were seeded 3rd and somehow beat century.. they would of been destroyed by Lakeville North. But lets just say they got past North somehow and was in the final against South. Farmington beat JM 6-1, South DESTORYED farmington in a game that could of easily been 15-0.. South's JV could easily beat JM
