High School kids in D1

Post by Mite-dad »

Just curious what kids you folks feel are currently having great (or good) D1 careers. I see Anders Lee is having a great year at Notre Dame, Jack Connelly has had a great career at UMD, and Danny Kristo has been stellar at UND. What other MN high school kids are doing great?

Brock Nelson at UND. It took him a long time to get used to the college game as he only had 6 points before the christmas break. He ended the season with 20 points though and really came on strong after the world junior tournament. He also had two points in the Sioux's last game against Denver this past weekend.

Tyler Barnes, Burnsville grad, had a good freshman year with the Badgers.

Jake Gardiner, Minnetonka, had a great year and career and is now on to the next level.

Does Jordy Murray count since he went to Schattuck but is still a MN boy?
