Teams that recruit

Now and again you hear about teams that bring in a little extra help from outside their school district. Which teams in 2011/2012 have brought in some helpers?
I don't like it one bit. Poor kid that comes up through the entire program and wham he's a junior or senior and Mr. Wonderful comes along from ISD "who know where" and now the kid is playing Junior Gold.
What type of coach will allow this to happen?

If they have a neighboring school and want to win, they recruit.
If they have a neighboring school and want to win, they retain as well.
Some look near, some look near and far. It may not be the coach doing all the sales, but it is getting done by someone.
