shots

I listened to the game and the shots were 39-6. Bemidji had no pressure at all - it sounded like all they did was chase around after the puck and were made to look silly.

Forney - Phillip - Nordhagen dominated.

Benedict scored to break the tie in the 2nd ona nice goal.

Thompson played well for the Lumberjacks in goal, but sooner or later something was going in. TRF semms to have aweakness in depth and goaltending.

EGF, TRF, Warroad, DL in 8A. No clear favorite.
I'll stay with the champs until they prove they can be beat.

2 goals on 6 total shots. That'll hurt the old save percentage. I wonder if Jay Clark will show up there and save the day after getting cut in Indy....heard that he got the axe from someone that has a kid on the team yesterday. Went to the Ice site and he was released on 12/07. Is it still early enough for him to play HS hockey or did he burn his bridge? He had both a better GAA and Save% than the guy they kept. Sounds like Deano is doing the coaches two-step to stay behind the bench down there. With goaltending like TRF has been getting I bet they are hoping for some sort of miracle.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... m>Renegade Ram at: 12/16/05 8:25 am
