Edina has lost one game in 2012 while they have allowed 2 or fewer goals in the other 7 games including beating a Minnetonka team who had shut them out in the Schwan's Cup. On the other hand, Eden Prairie also just beat Minnetonka and their only losses are to Wayzata and East this year. So this should be a pretty even game, with the only possible edge going to the home team.
As much as I'd like to see Eden Prairie take it to the Hornets, my gut feeling tells me that a packed Braemar Arena will play to the advantage of the Hornets.

will be missed but wont be a game breaker. So much young varisty caliber talent has moved in to EP over the past few years; Warner, Snuggerud, Pajor. There are a few more on JV.
I have heard that Edina does not reward/encourage move ins like EP does. I guess it is a matter of developing your community kids/spirit or winning the most games.

Edina schools are often full so they do cut off open enrollment. Also, because high school starts in 10th grade in Edina the 9th grade transfers have to get in a middle school for their 9th grade year first. Some kids want to move on to high school after 8th grade and not spend another year in middle school.
Is this player Mason Bergh? I know he left last game vs. Tonka in the 3rd period with injury. If he is out, that top line of Knutson-Spinner-? is not as dangerous. They really got after it.

Yes Edina must have really discouraged Hurley from moving into their program.

I get a kick out of that one. Top scorer in the amazing Edina program (9 Bantam and 9 PeeWee teams this year) isn't from Edina and was developed elsewhere. Were there special circumstances with Hurley as we all know transfers after 9th grade aren't eligible for varsity their first year.
