All I know is I do NOT want the Spuds to play Bemidji in the sections. If they do and it goes to OT yet again, the Spuds' luck will run out eventually against the 'Jacks if they keep playing with fire.

did some of you see the OT goal on video that was on Facebook? I saw it, it did not look like it went in. I was not at the game.

Anyone that was around that side of the rink, did you really see the puck go in after it hit the post and came back behind to the goalie....did it trickle back over the goal line on the far side post? That part, you can't see on video.

I dont agree that its wide open, we all hate Moorhead so much we hope that anyone beats them. So we start threads like this, I have watched all of the top 4 teams play and the only team that can stop the Spuds is Brainerd. Wow that even felt strange to type, but ya its Brainerd. The Jacks cant beat them especially away from home and Roso who the hell knows whats going on there. Unfortionately its probly going to be the Spuds and we can all sit back and again watch them NOT win a State Title.

I was told by several 'fathers' at that end that it never went in.
Both refs and the goal judge talked about it and decided it did.

Of course the refs had a 3 hour drive to get home, so....

Wannabeees um I guess were not ALL waiting to hang a State Title banner in there rink. Where are yours? Oh thats right. Talk like that is why everyone wants to see you lose, that and you can't seem to go to St. Paul and get anything accomplished.

It works, not clearly definitive by any means. Easy to believe from the actions of #5 that he saw the puck bounce off the goalie and head back into the net and he dove to try and pull it back out. No way to know if he got it before it crossed the line though as it is screened by his body from the camera.

Here is the Lakeland News clip. It is from the other side of the ice and again, inconclusive. The goal is at around the 40 second mark.

Bet the kids on your team would love to get there 12 times (win or lose).

good clip, wish it would have been more clear right there. If the puck never crossed the line, I would think Palmiscno would have gave Spuds a penalty shot since Jacks player had covered the puck. Oh well, Maybe they'll meet in the section finals again?

Ya or 33 times, they always want to go thats not the question, you're the one throwing out the wannabeees stuff. 33 appearances and 7 State Titles and who's the wannabeee?? Hmmm.

Look at the Lakeland News clip again and pause it just before #16 is clear of the net and tell me what you think. If you look at it frame by frame by playing and pausing quickly I think you can see if it was a goal or not.
