D2 only has top 2 seeds move on to regions, D8 & D 3 have 3 teams each move on to regions.

as much as i think any one of the the D6 teams can compete for the state championship i think its a joke that D6 and D9 each get 4 births. i bet if you ask a team that lost out because their district only got 2 bids if their 3rd team would travel they would say yes.....i know i will get ripped for this but really???
