No major surprises in the seedings here... 2 and 3 were up for debate and apparently the coaches voted in favor of EP this time. One notable QF matchup is Benidle vs. Holy Family. That should be an interesting game. 2 Catholic schools who I do not believe have ever played each other before.
QUARTERFINALS
(1) Minnetonka
Winner of (8 ) Minneapolis and (9) Cooper
(5) Hopkins
(4) Wayzata
(3) Benilde
(6) Holy Family
(7) Armstrong
(2) Eden Prairie
The only upset I can imagine ever happening in the first round would be Hopkins over Wayzata, solely judging by the 3-2 OT win yesterday.
Any other thoughts?

I agree. I hope that they don't play at the same time Minnetonka and Wayzata do. Both the Section 6 semifinal games will be far more entertaining than Section 2's. Let's hope EP gets their team back together and healthy before then!hshockeyfan8 wrote:I think the what should be BSM-Eden Prairie semi-final will be one of the best in recent years.
In the past they don't play section games at the same time as each other on Saturday.tonkafan77 wrote:I agree. I hope that they don't play at the same time Minnetonka and Wayzata do.
