 Needless to say the OT didn't surprise me.

Saw the game and from a neutral observer* standpoint, it was a blast to watch. Especially if you aren't a fan of defensive hockey.

*Okay, I was sort of pulling for Forest Lake; it would have been nice to see them get that semifinal monkey off their backs.

That top line for Flake created a lot of excitement!

Too many eyes  on this game to pad goalie or his kids stats. Wouldn't surprise us though.

Awesome win for the kids. I think that might have been the last "W" this year, but who expected us to even be above .500. Lace 'em up and see what happens.

OG,

How did the FL JV do this year? I saw the Bantam A struggled and wondering if the program will slide backwards now.

Forest Lake JV did really well this year. They lost only like 5 games and finished second in the conference for JV.

J.V. coach Bill Coleman played a very D-style that went well w/the kind of kids we have at that level. They enjoyed success because of this, Bill Played for Kevin Hartzell[SP Vulcans,Bob peters BSU] So he taught checking, hard work, These kids should do well.A drop off w/ Bantams[like you said.
