I love this idea! In our small northern association, we just do not have the numbers to field a strong A team. At every level we have exceptional players that end up playing B hockey. Why did it end up dead in the water at the meetings? It seems that this would benefit a lot of smaller D10 associations and I think the larger ones would welcome the stronger competition. Is it because of the move to A and AA within the district?
