Still would have loved to see a Wayzata vs Edina championship. Not taking anything away from Edina, they are an amazing team, but i still believe Wayzata was the best team. Congrates to Edina for winning the State Championship. But "best team in the state by far" is a little exaggerated dont you think! They were arguably not even the best team in D6. They finished 4th in D6 play and 3rd in D6 playoffs. Two tough one goal regional wins over D6 opponents EP & B'ville got them to State.
