So the next question would be did these summer programs do a great job developing the players or did they do a great job identifying top talent at a young age? Or maybe a mix of both? IN other words...would these same kids be perfomrig well if they had not skated in summer AAA programs. There were about 90 kids u-15 that made it to st cloud last year and another 90 that were good enough but there only so much room. This was the first group of kids to come thru the system who took advantage of all the new hockey programs. Nothern edge, reds rink rats,leagacy and all the start up hockey training that was just getting started. Now with all the choices the young kids should be even better.
