'Hounds up 5-1 after two periods. Moorhead playing without two of its top scorers (Herdt and N. Uglem) who are out with illness.

Hill-Murray 2 Edina 1 in Ot. Zach LaValle with the winner. Great performance by both teams. Hornets were missing a number of regulars, but played very hard. Both goalies had strong showings. These two teams could easily meet again in March.
