Amazed this isn't a spotlight game on the hub. Even with Eden Prairies poor record, they are still a very talented team, and the 3 times these teams meet every year are the most entertaining games to watch IMO

Streaming the Edina Hornets (15-4-0, 2-1-0) and Eden Prairie Eagles (8-9-1, 1-2-0) clash for the second time this year.

The Hornets prevailed in the non-conference Edina Holiday Classic game in December by a score of 4-3 in the typically entertaining game. Coming off a 5-4 win over Wayzata, the Hornets upended the #1 Class 2A Trojans. The Eagles are 4-6-0 in their last ten games.

Pete Waggoner and Bart Archer will have the call from the Eden Prairie Community Center.

And like I predicted, one of the top 3 games I've seen all year. Edina wins with a final score of 5-4. It seems as if EP is starting to become the team everyone thought they'd be at the start of the year, still need to prove it with a win and not a 1 goal loss though.
