What teams are the most improved over last season?
I'll start out with Tartan - #65 overall this year with a record over .500 (12-11-1) for the first time in recent memory compared to #93 4-15-6 record last year.
Another is North St Paul - #54 overall this year with a 12-9-2 record compared to #88 4-19-2 last year.
Both programs have 1st year female coaches that have extensive experience in playing at the highest levels including international competiton.
Others?

Just considering the improvement from last year to this year, Eden Prairie has to be in the conversation. They have improved from #25 with a sub .500 record (10-11-4) to #4 with a record of 17-5-3. Last year may have been the anomaly but it is still quite a jump.
A couple of single A teams that deserve mention are New Prague (#81 10-13-2 last year to #47 18-6-1 this year) and Northfield (#90 8-15-1 last year to #62 16-9-0 this year)

Last year was more a change in schedule than an anomaly. The 2010/11 season was an anomaly according to KRACH:OnTheBench wrote:Just considering the improvement from last year to this year, Eden Prairie has to be in the conversation. 2008/09 Record = 14-13-0, Rank = 37
2009/10 Record = 17-8-2, Rank = 22
2010/11 Record = 18-8-2, Rank = 10
2011/12 Record = 11-12-4, Rank = 26
EP's schedule used to have a lot of easy games. That was not the case the last two seasons.
