Edit: woops, spoke too soon. RW scores.
I also like Tory Holt and Dietz. They're not polished and you can tell their fans of the game.
Really a great girls hockey game for anyone out there reading this who can get to a TV. The Wingers looked down and out, behind 1-3, but came back strong to tie it. But shortly after Blake scores and goes up 4-3. Great action in this one between two evenly matched teams.

How about the move through her OWN legs, gets the shot off and after the goalie got a piece of it the puck deflects up and off the crossbar, then bounces down and rolls along the goal line!
You can see why she was the top scorer in the State this year.
When they have had problems, its always on defense... I had hoped that they could hold down Blake, but when pushed by better teams, as Blake is, they show their defeciencies in the D zone...
Nice game for both teams. Good luck to both in Championship and 3rd place games...
Sure was a contrast between the easy skating pretty offensive team that EP was yesterday versus the team that played tonight. Obviously that mostly had to do with the opponent, but a clear contrast.

I should have said he is the best coach with an established program.
1-0 EP. Forest Lake deserved to give up that goal when the defense passed across the center ice with EP right next to them
I'm not sure I follow the difference, typically don't the established programs have the coaches who are quality? Are you saying there are coaches at non-established programs who are better than palmquist? A guy who holds the record for tourney appearances, titles, and has been a fixture in the girls game since it's inception?
