Result for one of our two Saturday games that will put a wrap on Week 2:
Lakeville North 4, Eagan 0
Alexis Joyce scored two goals and added an assist for Lakeville North in their 4-0 win over Eagan. Maddie McGlade and Dani Sadek were the other Panther goal scorers, with Sadek also contributing an assist. Abby Cooper only needed to make 9 saves to get the shutout.
All 25 had the No. 9AA ranked Panthers winning, but only one – Antagonist – getting the score right.
P.S. I still have not seen the score for the Edina/Warroad tilt that was played up in “the Hinterlands” earlier today. When that result is known I’ll post the score along with this week’s final standings in this thread.
Also look for the slate of Week 3 games to be posted tomorrow (Sunday) morning.

The Edina/Warroad result is still not posted on the Hub or MGHCA, but minnesota-scores.net is reporting it as:
Edina 3, Warroad 2
Neither a "Scoring Summary" or "Game Notes" are available, so I'll just add our own little scoring summary here!
21 were correct in believing the visiting Hornets would prevail, with 2 having picked the Warriors and 2 saying the game would end in a tie. And of the 21 getting the winner right, there were 4 who added the bonus point for also nailing the score: hockeyfan87 and mnhockey3535, which enabled them to pull into a tie for 1st Place, plus FishEye and Nordic, each of whom were able to move into a tie for 2nd. So here are the final point totals for Week 2:
1. hockeyfan87 – 10
capitalpride – 10
mnhockey3535 – 10
4. Orange_Wisent – 9
FishEye - 9
spars46 – 9
Nordic - 9
Antagonist – 9
Otter – 9
10. hockeybozo – 8
Knight7 - 8
wolfman - 8
Silent But Deadly - 8
36Guy - 8
rascalbrock - 8
sinbin - 8
MNHockeyFan - 8
18. Seven tied with 7 (includes CW!)
24. Two with 6
Congratulations to our three champions this week, and look for Week 3 to be posted momentarily.
