A buddy and i completed the hockey day minnesota trifecta yesturday
Woke up and drove up to Elk River and watched the lourdes/cloquet game and some of the Elk River/Stillwater game....Then we made are way to the U to watch the Gophers sweep the Buckeyes. Then made it over to the X- Only missed the first 5 minutes to watch that great OT win by the Wild!
Im curious did anyone else on this forum complete the trifecta? It was really cool starting your day with watching kids as young as 5-6 play then end your night with the pros.....The only thing missing was catching an old mans league game after.

I did make it to both Gopher games at The Bank on Friday and the Gopher men's game yesterday...all wins for the home team I might add...
