Was 4-0 after 2. Not a huge win for the Hounds considering Tonka's season, but this is the first time they've won at Pagel in a long time. This was their first visit since the Hockey Day debacle two years ago.

Nice win for the Lakers tonight, although I have to say neither team looked great.

I had not yet seen Lakevillle North play before tonight, although I can't imagine they ran off the string of wins they had playing like they did tonight. North goalie had a number of point blank saves to even keep it close.

Who knows - maybe a necessary wake-up call for them going into sections.

The LN loss against Prior Lake will certainly cost them the #1 seed if they make it to St. Paul. IF (big if) the top teams all make it I think Edina is #1 and Wayzata is 2.

Again, I don't want to draw too many conclusions, having not seen them play before last night; but based on that performance, they need to be more focused on getting to the tournament rather than what their seed will be.
