My original post in this forum was a reply to someone mocking Plante for "whining" all I was doing was telling the guy to look in the mirror. Hiding in A to chase trophies, yet have the audacity to call out another program. I know you STAssholes think you're God's gift to the Earth, so I was just telling your fellow toy soldier to take a step back and look in the mirror. So, I'm guessing it was "incoherent" because it attacked your precious school. This is a forum, forums are opinion based, that is why discussions happen. Why would people debate facts? I know you think STA being the greatest gift to mankind if fact, but i"m sorry to inform you that it is not. Please leave this forum if you are afraid of opposite opinions (which you clearly are) because a publc forum on the internet is the wrong place for oversensitive people.

trolling is posting repetitive responses that add no information to the topic hence, you're useless, crybaby posts. I clearly responded to someone attacking a program that, in my mind, has a lot more class and deserves a lot more respect than the toy soldiers at STA. So get over yourself, your school, and accept that you're not a gold standard of any sort. While you're at it, accept that there are varying opinions of your school's hockey program. Me expressing my opinions is not trolling. Some crybaby, over-sensitive, probably liberal parent of J.DangleZZZ on STA posting repetitive , stupid, useless posts over and over again is trolling. Learn the term befoe using it and looking like a 50 year old, never got over high school, assclown.

Oh you must be from STA. Only a cadet fan could defend such a blatant disrespect for the tournament. I mean, they really needed that 3-peat? or the 2-peat for that matter? THey lost two games against A teams in like a 4 year span, the fact that their AD and the coaching staff didn't have the balls to move up after the 09-10 championship is a joke. The even bigger joke is giving praise to a AA team 3-peating in the A tournament. I hope they never win again, they're the most classless, cheap program I've ever seen play. They give a bad name to private schools. They should be ashamed for their trophy chasing, not praised for it. Again, the school and the coahcing staff don't have a pair, hence the cheap play, arrogance, and complete lack of discipline that team shows everytime they touch the ice...it is embarassing to high school athletics, not just hockey.
Well, I'm a Hermantown grad and I have gotten tired of Bruce Plante's whining as well. No one ever complained about STA, or any private school for that matter, when they were winning four games a year. St.Thomas builds a solid program, wins some titles, and suddenly becomes the Darth Vader of high school hockey. Hermantown gets to a bunch of championship games without winning and suddenly is made into a martyr representing the poor, downtrodden public schools who can barely afford to put enough gas in the bus to get to St.Paul.

This. This states it nicely. STA is not class less, and Hermantown is not class less, and Hermantown's coach has tarnished their image.

I don't think him stating what everyone was thinking tarnished Hermantwon's image. It's unfair for you to blame the man who finally spoke the opinion shared by many, for finally saying it! It needed saying! It would be one thing had STA actually lost to A teams over a FIVE year span, other than to Mahtomdei in the section finals twice, but they didn't. They played a schedule filled with AA schools every year, and routinely finshed with 17+ wins. Most AA teams in the state would kill for that, so the fact that this team hid in A for as long as they did is disapointing. I think Plante went over the line with some of the things he said where he grouped all private schools together, but STA clearly didn't belong which was the main point of Plante's statements.

hey Goaliearethe best, i was the one talking about Plante whining and i think he did, everyone on the STA side wanted to move up the adminisration (non hockey people) deceided against it now they are up so shutup, your postes are almost comical and don't really deserve a response it is pretty much beneath anyone so go back to flipping your hamburgers
