Just curious on his backstory? I know he was at Shattuck and Oettinger went to the USNTDP. Did those two share the net growing up? Seems like a unique situation with two VERY elite goalies....

Don't think they did. Oettinger played youth hockey at Farmington.

Edquist played for Machine,Fire,Florida,Russell Stover, Shattuck...

Oettinger came from Farmington, his mom posted on here last year, the MSHSL should have brought her in for questioning the way she talked.
