Lakeville South had a young team this year and could likely be the better of the two next year. Wouldn't that be something. Lol

Was Edquist a South kid or North growing up?
Edquist was a North kid growing up. Not South.

From what I have heard he never played for either association so I'm not sure it really matters where he is from. Its not like he has a connection to either since he was always playing AAA hockey. His only real connection is what half of the city his house was in, but even that might not mean anything since there was probably only one Lakeville school when he started to play hockey.

How long did he live in South then? Sources say they bought a house this year in North.

Does anyone know if there are any transplants moving into North next season (probably to early to tell)? Or any other team in the South Suburban? Seems like the hot teams have had a nice little boost as of late. Lakeville North, prior to that Eagan had a nice run and definitely had a handful of non-Eagan players.

Anyone know if Burnsville has primarily been Burnsville kids over the years while they have had some success?

Only if you are adding them up over a handful of years.

There is nothing wrong with comparing a team that has a season like North had with other teams who have had similar season. Going unbeaten is a rareity in any major team sport (high school college, professional ( though with NCAA football national champs it is slightly more common.) Everything that needs to go right goes right or a team is extraordinarly talented
