I think you'll see a ton of Minnesota born players go in this draft. We'll also be able to see which teams are stable as if they MIGHT not be in the league next year, they won't draft. Should be interesting.

Can we follow the NAHL draft like we did the USHL? Looking at their website (NAHL), I don't see anything on the draft, other than the date.

No, unfortunately the NAHL doesn't do the draft like the USHL does.

I have been told that the list will be posted on the NAHL website after the draft is complete.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p074.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... garound at: 5/13/05 5:13 pm

Tenders List

Is the Tenders List posted some where? And what's the difference between getting drafted and being tendered? What are the advantages or disadvantages?

the tendered list is posted on the NAHL website. if you are tendered by a team, its similar to being drafted, except the kids being pursued have the choice whether or not they want to sign. if you tender with a team, your rights are owned by that team only just like the draft.

AAA players

Post by Puckingaround »

AAA coaches usually do a good job of promoting their players to junior coaches. Does anyone know if high school coaches promote players that are good but maybe need a year or two of jrs before they are ready for college hockey?

I don't know why FM is behind on league dues. The only teams that I have heard rumors on are Santa Fe, Central Texas, Springfield MO, Soo.

Santa Fe - sold will stay in New Mexico
Springfield MO - sold will move to Alaska
Central Texas - still unknown
Soo - turned back to the league
