Game of the Day
Not many games today, but some good ones.
However, the game of the year (to date) overshadows the rest.
Who is number "1" in MN high school hockey.
The upstart Benidle or everyone's favorite suburbanite, Eden Prairie?

EGF completely smothered Hibbing for the first ten minutes, and then Hibbing finally realized there was a hockey game going on and played well the rest of the period.
1-1 after one, shots 13-3 EGF.

EGF and Hibbing 2-2 after two. Shots 19-7 EGF.
Sounds like Hibbing had a slight edge in play that period. EGF will start 3rd on pp.

Hibbing wins 3-2. Shots were 28-14 EGF.
Great win for Bluejackets, but I realize EGF is a different team if Loven would have played.
