Minnesota 4 on 4 Summer Hockey League

This is a little late because next week is the last week for this, but has anyone seen this league? It's a professional-Collegiate Elite-Junior league (with a few HS players) that is just stacked with talent. It's located at the West St. Paul Ice Arena and the last 2 sessions (which are the playoffs) will be next Monday and Wednesday, the first games starting at 6:30 each night (the 2nd game at 8 ) . Scotty Steffan, the strength coach of Hill-Murray and one of the biggest names around Minnesota High School hockey camps, got the league together and runs it. He's probably worked with about 80-90% of these guys. Your right, that's a lot of talent! Some great hockey players... Where you listed many of the players play though is off. Some aren't where you say, but a very fun tilt to watch I'd imagine.

why are arrigoni and leier in it, i thought it was all college players The curse lives on.....

WBLBears, Simply for some more skating and playing time. Besides, look who runs it, Hill's strength and conditioning coach. Arrigoni and Leier are just getting some more skating and playing in this offseason, that's all.

i thought hummel committed to the ushl...not the huskies? he should be able to step right in at st. cloud...awsome talent.

NPGandy, Again, the roster isn't totally correct. I'm guessing he's letting everyone know that he will be attending St. Cloud eventually. Yeah, I'm pretty sure he is headed for a year of juniors first.

This is a revision about the Minnesota 4on4 Hockey League. Ray Fuerst and Scott Steffen are co-owners of the Minnesota 4on4 Hockey league. Ray Fuerst and Scott Steffen have known each other for the past 15 years and have been partners for the past 5 years, producing Plyometrics and strength training tapes under the name "Steffen Intensified Plyometrics" and "Weight Training, Hockey Specific". Ray Fuerst and Scott Steffen now have hooked up to include in there arsenal the Minnesota 4on4 Hockey League. This summer league is designed to challenge the skill level of the Professional, Collegiate and Junior player. Ray is a Saint Paul native and has been involved recruiting and coaching hockey for the past 35 years and is still playing the game today. He has been involved with all levels of the game from amateur to professional. Scott Steffen a native of Roseville, were he played his high school hockey. Scott is a hockey All-American from Hamline University and a graduate of the same and now is a strength and conditioning coach for several local varsity high school teams and has several hockey clinics. He coaches players from all levels of the game from traveling to Professional. Scott is the new blood in strength and conditioning and a very successful coach. You can go to the www.mn4on4hockey.com site and get his a brochure. Ray Fuerst and Scott Steffen with the Minnesota 4on4 Hockey League will extend its league to this fall with an Elite High School League. The format will mirror the Professional, Collegiate and Junior League and only taking High School Varsity Players. This is not a try-out league, it is a selection process. It will challenge the player’s skill levels also. There will be Collegiate and Professional referees to control but allow the play to move. The fall league will have in attendance, coaches from the Professional, Collegiate and Junior League to do some recruiting of players for the summer league. The league has also invited many recruiters and scouts to attend and see the new talent moving up. The Minnesota 4on4 Hockey Professional, Collegiate and Junior summer league will start its play-offs this Monday, July 18th at 6:30PM at the West Saint Paul Ice Arena. Everyone is invited to attend. When will the 4x4 fall rosters be set/posted, if you know? Will games be located same places as the summer league?

The Fall High School Minnesota 4 on 4 Hockey League rosters will not be set till after September 1st. All games will be played at West Saint Paul Ice Arena game time; 6:00, 7:15 and 8:30 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays in September and Mondays and Wednesdays in October. Hope to see you there.
