Big Section 8 game.
At this point for the #2 seed.

Sounds like Aus is already starting to turn Brainerd program in right direction....should be a close game. I'll take Moorhead 4-2

In the Bemidji game Brainerd showed a lot of discipline, unlike the previous few years.

If I wasn't packing for Mexico I would consider driving down.

Have been wondering when the sleeping giant of Brainerd would be awakened. 1,900 students, northern school, not the deepest section, etc. Good to see them heading in the right direction.

Especially impressed at how quickly they improved. They were terrible last season. Terrible.

I don't know guys......Brainerd won 15 games 2 seasons ago and 19 the year before that. Plus their schedule to date hasn't been all that tough. I'm not sure it's completely accurate to say they are coming from a state of repair to some new heights in a real short period of time.

I guess I just meant the change from last season to this season. They were simply awful last year, and this year they are showing up in the top 15-20 AA teams so far. That's quite a turnaround. (Although I expect them to drop back some.)

Brainerd is a very young team that will only get better. Strong group of Bantams coming. Should be the team to beat in 8AA the next couple of years if the Wizard of Aus continues to lead them down the Yellow Brick Road.

Hopefully Senor Elliot is back from Mexico for the Brainerd/Bemidji rematch. The Shady Bunch is expecting him to bring us some cactus juice for the pre-game warm-up \:D/
